ADMO Solar receives prestigious Gold Award for Green Mark Certification

ADMO Solar, Sri Lanka’s premier Solar Energy Solutions provider reaches new heights as the only company in the solar energy industry in Sri Lanka to be awarded the ‘Green Mark Certification – Gold Award’ presented by the Ceylon Institute of Builders (CIOB) at the second annual award ceremony held at the Galadari Hotel, Colombo. 

The coveted award was presented by State Minister of Finance Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena to Dinesh Perera, Manager, Engineering and Operations and Rumesh R. Jayasekara, Marketing Manager of ADMO Solar. The occasion was graced by over 300 attendees representing professionals in the fields of engineering, architecture, construction, green development as well as academics and students.

The Green Mark Certification is accredited by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, Council of Research and Innovation in Building and Construction (Netherlands), Green Building Council – Singapore and the Central Environment Authority of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Builders (UK).

Speaking of the achievement, Jayasekara said, “This certification showcases our long term commitment to improve environmental-friendly performance and sustainable development and a meaningful differentiation to our products in the market. We are delighted to receive the Gold Award which is a clear affirmation of our company’s long term vision of empowering Sri Lanka to create a greener future.”
