Hilton Colombo Residences launches Poolside Barbecue

Hilton Colombo Residences announced the launch of its Poolside Barbecue nights to be held every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with live entertainment, shisha corner, and beverage deals.

The menu will feature ‘St Louis-style Ribs’, ‘Creole-spiced Chicken Thighs’, ‘Spicy Pork Chops’; prices of each item start from Rs. 650 nett per portion. The ambient poolside at Hilton Colombo Residences is ideal to have cosy chats and unwind after a long day at work with colleagues, closing in on a weekend.

Speaking of the launch of the poolside barbecue, the hotel’s food and beverage manager Priyal Wijesuriya is confident that the promotion will be well received by companies around the hotel, especially those who prefer light entertainment and comfort food after a long day. 

“The poolside has always been a clear favourite because of the ambience and privacy it offers, we will enhance it with some comfort food consumers will enjoy with a few cold ones.
