Theva Residency Kandy wins 4 medals at Culinary Art Competition 2019

Theva Residency Kandy walked away with one Silver medal and three Bronze medals at the Culinary Art Exhibition 2019, presented by the Chef Guild of Lanka.  

The Silver medal was won by Chef Herath for Plated Appetizers, and the three Bronze medals were won by Chef Bogahalanda for the Five-Course Set Menu, and Amila and Nuwan for the Sunquick Mocktail Competition, and Chinthaka for the IDL Arrack Cocktail Competition.

Southeast Asia's biggest food and hospitality show, Culinary Art Food Expo 2019 was held from 21-23 October 2019 at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre, BMICH. 

Culinary Art Food Expo is organised by the Chefs Guild of Lanka, together with World Association of Chefs Societies and CDC Events and Travels, the professional exhibition organiser. This exhibition is the premier platform to showcase the talents of Sri Lankan chefs and bartenders.
