Jessica Heath releases premier cookbook: ‘CEYLOVE: From Sri Lanka with Spice’

Jessica Heath, a recognised ardent advocate of Sri Lanka and a Top 40 contestant on MasterChef USA Season 8, has released her first cookbook, ‘CEYLOVE: From Sri Lanka with Spice’.

CEYLOVE (pronounced ‘Say Love’), put very simply, is the marriage of Ceylon and Love. The book perfectly conveys Jessica’s adoration and respect for her heritage and mother’s homeland through a collection of family recipes, stories, travel and life experiences. Her culinary creations draw on her Sri Lankan roots as well as her fashion and modelling background. She focuses on providing modern and fresh takes to traditional Sri Lankan dishes, often fusing with other cuisines from around the world.
