Christmas cake mixing at Galadari

The Galadari Colombo recently held its traditional cake mixing in the Centre Lobby. The Centre Lobby was filled with much excitement and joy as General Manager Sampath Siriwardena together with his guests and the management team joined in with the chef team headed by Pastry Chef Pradeep Fonseka in the Christmas cake mixing ceremony. Guests were treated to a fabulous high tea after. The evening ended with much cheer and merriment.
