Chefs Guild of Lanka National Team at World Culinary Olympics in Germany

A team of 28 national chefs from across the island and four officials left for the IKA Chefs World Culinary Olympics 2020 which is being held from 14 to 19 February in Stuttgart, Germany. The Olympics are held once every four years. The Sri Lankan team would be competing with 70 participating member countries.

The IKA/Culinary Olympics is the oldest, largest and most diverse international culinary arts competition in the world. Full of passion, teams of professional chefs work on the perfect interaction of ingredients, preparation and presentation. A few of the Sri Lankan team of chefs participated in some of the categories of the competitions held on the first day.
