‘Seylan Pahasara’ 134th library gains ground

‘Seylan Pehesara’ 134th library was successfully developed and handed over to the students of Jinaraja Girls College of Gampola. Over 2,300 students together with their teachers will benefit out of this facility which includes access to internet. Here Chief Guest, Seylan Bank PLC Area Manager (Central Region) Deepal Sirisena, Seylan Bank Manager – Gampola Branch Priyantha Atipola, Assistant Director of Education (Curriculum) Jayaruwan, Student Savings Centre Coordinator Kalum Rupasingha, Seylan Bank Gampola Assistant Branch Manager Rasika Jayawickrama, Jinaraja Balika Sectional Head Dharma Bandara, Jinaraja Balika Deputy Principal Mala Arawpola and keen students declare open the library amidst the gathering. They also took part in a tree planting initiative on this day as a mark of respect to the environment.
