Zoom session on ‘The First Impression’ today

Veteran personality development and corporate etiquette trainer Kumar de Silva will present an online zoom session this Saturday, 24 October, in collaboration with RH Training.

Titled ‘The First Impression,’ this three-hour session is aimed at all sales and marketing staff who come into direct contact with the public (physically or virtually) and covers key areas they need to fine tune as they journey across the corporate world.

Among the topics covered will be body language, business card etiquette, shaking hands, telephone etiquette, the correct usage of toilets, meeting etiquette, salutations and greetings

He will also cover elevator etiquette, handling social media and office ‘cultures’, the much-required COVID-19 ‘protocols’ and lots more.
