The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Sabaragamuwa Province recently hosted the annual ‘Best Entrepreneur of the year in the Sabaragamuwa Province’, in which Singhe Hospital was able to reclaim the throne. The laboratory services that are extended by Singhe Hospital is the only private medical institution in the entire district to offer an unobstructed 24/7 service. All the investigations conducted within the laboratory is carried out in accordance to both local and international quality standards.
The state-of-the-art sophisticated modernised medical equipment and machinery used within the Singhe Hospital laboratories is directly imported from the United States of America, Japan and Germany. These machineries are operated by the steady hands of a collection of highly qualified and experienced laboratory staff. Each laboratory is operated under the close supervision of a designated qualified doctor.

Singhe Hospitals Public Company continues to be financially successful. In the previous financial year (2019/20), it had achieved a growth of 13% over the previous year. Profits and losses had reached a balanced level during that year. In the second quarter of 2020/21 the profit recorded was Rs. 5.2 million.
