Singer Sri Lanka has organised a series of service workshops to benefit John Deere tractor users and farmers around the country. As it became a sole agent of John Deere tractors, Singer Sri Lanka has organised several programs to ensure a quality and efficient service.

Several of these workshops have already been concluded in areas such as Batticaloa, Mandoor, Pasikudah, Bingiriya and Wellawa. Through John Deere sales agents located around the island, users have been educated on various aspects from servicing tractors to issuing spare parts and repairing.

During the two-day workshop participants will get first-hand knowledge about various features in relation to John Deere tractors while another group of experienced technicians will be deployed on a door-to-door campaign. Once inspecting the tractors the technicians will disseminate technical knowledge to the users while introducing spare parts and referring the users to a licensed garage to repair any defects. This is one of the privileges offered to John Deere tractor owners.

While expressing their gratitude towards Singer Sri Lanka for organising these workshops, John Deere tractor owners also congratulated Singer Sri Lanka for being the sole agent for the John Deere brand.

In the near future, few more workshops will be conducted in Medawachchiya, Vavuniya, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Dehiaththakandiya, Ampara, Tissamaharama and Angunukolapelessa and more information will be given to users through respective sales agents.

Singer Sri Lanka has bagged the SLIM-Nielsen People’s Award for the Most Popular Brand for 13 consecutive years thus winning the hearts of the people through its island-wide agent network and efficient customer service.
