The National Conference of Chartered Accountants, recognised as one of Sri Lanka’s largest annual business summits, will in its 38th year receive a renewed boost from three top companies - the Prime Group, Singer (Sri Lanka) Plc and Tokyo Cement Company Plc - who have come on board to power the conference with gold sponsorships.

The conference, organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), will bring together over 1,500 delegates, including business leaders, to the BMICH from 25-27 October where local and international speakers will deliberate on the theme ‘Dynamism – Agility in Leadership’. Meanwhile, the organisers have already closed registrations for the conference for physical attendance as the number of registrations has surpassed 1,500. However, webcast registration for the three-day event, with two days of technical sessions, is still open for professionals in Sri Lanka and overseas.  During a ceremony held recently, representatives from the three companies and CA Sri Lanka exchanged the sponsorship cheques. Welcoming the companies on board, CA Sri Lanka President Lasantha Wickremasinghe said that the sponsorship extended by the Prime Group, Singer and Tokyo Cement was not only a boost to the annual event, but was also a testament to the reputation that the national conference has built over a period of nearly four decades.
