People’s Bank reaffirms commitment to SME sector with ‘Entrepreneurial Glory’ program

As per its vision to propel the expansion and expertise of small and medium businesses, People’s Bank held its ‘Entrepreneurial Glory’ program at the Sun Dream Hotel in Galle. The program features a series of seminars tailor-made to provide insight and expertise to entrepreneurs looking to start or expand their business. 

People’s Bank Deputy General Manager (Enterprise Banking) V.K. Narangoda, People’s Bank Assistant General Manager (SME) Wickrama Narayana, Galle Regional Bank Manager S.A.M. Samarathunga, Inland Revenue Department Commissioner Bandula Haputhanthrige and renowned Skills Development Specialist Sanath Gamage were among the dignitaries who attended the occasion. A large gathering of customers and entrepreneurs was also present at the event. 

The seminar aims at providing vital information for entrepreneurs to increase their knowledge on business planning, marketing, accounting, financial and time management whilst providing key information on taxes and banking procedures.
