New Hopewell Estate achieves all-time record price for 2018

At this week’s tea auction, an invoice of BOP1A Grade from New Hopewell Estate, Balangoda achieved an all-time Colombo Tea Auction record price of Rs. 800 per kg in the Low Grown Category. 

This tea was purchased by Kaushalya Teas Ltd. and was sold through the catalogue of Lanka Commodity Brokers Ltd.

New Hopewell Factory manufacturers some of the best Low Grown region teas and is now amongst the best established marks on offer at the Colombo Tea Auctions.
