Max Warranty for Japanese vehicles from AA Japan

Sri Lankan customers can now enjoy an exclusive warranty offer for the vehicles purchased from its authorised dealers. In a move to enhance customer service, AA Japan is providing a comprehensive warranty named Max Warranty for each vehicle purchased from authorised AA Japan dealers islandwide. 

Under the Max Warranty, the engine and the gear box is covered for a period of two years or 100,000 km and the Hybrid battery is covered for a period of three years or 100,000 km. Further, the power train motor and the EV battery of the electric vehicle too are covered under the Max Warranty. This includes a free service and maintenance and a 24-hour breakdown pickup service during the warranty period, the guidelines of which are given under this warranty policy.

During the warranty period, for services and maintenance of the vehicles, special service and maintenance centres and agents are appointed in Colombo, Anuradhapura, Kandy, Negombo, Kurunegala, Wennappuwa, Matara, Badulla, Gampaha and Ambalangoda.
