Sri Lanka’s foremost renewable energy and technology solutions provider, JLanka Technologies, is all set to display the company’s pioneering energy solutions and innovative technologies at the leading global Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition – WETEX 2019 Dubai Solar Show. Having already established a presence in Bahrain to serve the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) and the wider Middle East market, JLanka will participate in the 3-day event organised by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) from 21-23 October at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

“We are excited at this opportunity to build partnerships, exchange ideas and create opportunities whilst showcasing our capabilities and latest technological innovations,” commented JLanka Technologies Operations Director G. Jayasoma. “WETEX 2019 provides us a global stage to strategically position the JLanka brand as a key player in the renewable energy industry, and reach a highly targeted audience that is driving the sustainable revolution around the world. We are looking forward to present what Sri Lanka has to offer to senior officials, business leaders, investors, project owners and decision makers, and strengthen our position in the Middle Eastern market further.”

WETEX 2019 aims to achieve integration between all sectors of the energy industry whilst facilitating the creation of new trade opportunities for participants. It also becomes a key platform for JLanka to explore current and future renewable energy projects of the region, and identify and meet resulting market demands. With JLanka’s experience in collaborating with Bahrain’s Sustainable Energy Unit (SEU) and the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) on a number of commissioned programs over the past year, the company holds the necessary advantage to collaborate with other GCC nations on public and private sector projects.  “Having been highly commended by Bahrain authorities for our significant research and development capacity in renewable energy and technology solutions, installation and management, we are now looking forward to the opportunity of working with other GCC nations to grow our solutions portfolio,” G Jayasoma concluded.
