Freelan Soya customers inspired with Dambadiwa pilgrimage opportunities

Matara FreelanEnterprizes Ltd., a leading company in the business of spices in the country, manufactures spices flavoured with delicacies from Matara and distributes them islandwide. It launched a promotional program named ‘DambadiwaWasana’ and its winners were further briefed on their tour to Dambadiwa at an awareness program organised at the BMICH premises recently. 

Freelan customers took part in this draw by sending three empty soya packets. Accordingly, 15 winners were selected across five months after a draw. The founder and Chairman of Freelan Company Lani D. Gamage was the Chief Guest at this program. 

U.B.Jayawathie and Yasodha Jayamini representing the Board of Directors, Managing Director Jayarathna Gamage, Brand Manager Thisara Meegahawaththe and Area Sales Manager for Western Province Anura Priyantha witnessed this moment collectively. All these winners left for Dambadiwa on 2March.

Our objective is to give priority to the safety of the customers while causing no harm to the value systems and qualities when we face the market competitiveness,” said the Brand Manager.

Matara Freelan, which saw its inception in 1984, currentlyholds a strong sales force consisting of over 150 distributors. About 25 Freelan Smart Express sales centres and four state-of-the-art factories are components of the same network. Freelan is the first ever Sri Lankan company to have introduced a sachet of natural spices inside a soya packet.
