DSI Tyres glitters with Gold at NCE Export Awards, conquering international market

DSI Tyres received the Gold award in Rubber Tyres and Accessories Sector, Extra-Large category at the NCE Export Awards 2020

DSI Tyres, the flagship brand of Samson Rubber Industries Ltd. and market leader for tyres and tubes, serving well over 40 years in Sri Lanka, proved its excellence once again being the proud recipient of the Gold award in Rubber Tyres and Accessories Sector, Extra-Large category at the 28th Annual NCE Export Awards 2020. 

The premier awards ceremony conducted by the National Chamber of Exporters, specially designed to recognise and reward outstanding performance of exporters of Sri Lanka was held at Shangri-La Hotel on 25 February. 

DSI Tyres’ success in overseas markets lead to its recognition with many awards and accolades, in the past, including NCE and Presidential Export Awards. Also DSI Tyres has been listed among the top 125 Most Loved Brands in the island by Brand Finance.

DSI Tyres is currently positioned as the market leader for tyres and tubes of bicycles, motorcycle and three wheelers in Sri Lanka. it has also been able to thrive in the export market as a truly Sri Lankan brand. The company has generated over 3,000 direct employments while using local raw materials being top priority in its manufacturing process.
