Crown Royal Security Services bags two awards at National Business Excellence Awards 2018

The Crown Royal Security Services Ltd (CRSSPL) has won the Excellence in Business and Financial Results Winner in the large category as well as Merit Award for Other Services at the National Business Excellence Award 2018, organised by The National Chamber of Commerce.

The Colombo Crown Royal Holdings Ltd is a conglomerate that has been in existence since L996, providing employment and empowering local talent in Sri Lanka.

Commenting on winning this year’s award, CRS SPL Chairman and Managing Director Ajith Kangaraa rachchi said: “As one of a leading security providers in the country, we are fully committed to providing high standards of service to our clients. Winning these two prestigious awards has encouraged us to expand our services, with a well-trained staff that can handle any security matter”.

He said that the CRSSPL, which has a staff strength of over 2000, 75% of whom is from ex-service personnel, supports various leading institutions including HNB, BOC, NSB, and MBSL Bank.

“We are a service-oriented company excelling in security guards (armed and unarmed), sea marshals, janitorial and cleaning, cash transportation, advertising and printing and CCTV installation and monitoring,” he said.

CRSSPL has opened branch offices in Kandy, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, Ja-Ela, Colombo, Horana and Galle to provide a 24-hour security service and other services to over 300 clients.

In addition to providing security services, the company supports national netball team member Chathurika De Silva, 17, for her training to take part in the Netball World Cup tournament next year.  The company has renovated the health centre for pregnant mothers and the water supply scheme in Pandikaramaduwa village in Galenbindunuwewe under its CSR project.
