Clarification by Walkers CML Group

With reference to article titled ‘CA Dismisses Revision Application Filed by Northern Power Company’ published in Daily FT on 2 October, Walkers CML Group says that the ruling on the case was “I direct the Learned Magistrate of the Mallakam Court where the original application was heard to expeditiously go through all the expert reports and other relevant documents that will be placed by the Petitioner with the assistance of relevant bodies including the Central Environmental Authority.”
