BDO announces appointment of new partner

BDO is delighted to announce the admission of Madhura V. De Silva as a partner with effect from 1 January 2021. 

Madhura served in the capacity of Executive Director attached to advisory services. His career spans over 18 years with extensive involvement in providing advisory and assurance services to multi-nationals and diversified conglomerates during his tenure in Sri Lanka and overseas. 

He worked as a Director in consulting division of PwC for more than 10 years. He served in various commercial organisations including as the Director-General/Chief Executive Officer of Laksala, CFO in an Australian based company, Director in an IT systems provider, Group Internal Auditor in a leading apparel manufacturing organisation. 

With him joining as a Partner, BDO will continue to strengthen its business advisory services including Risk Assurance and Advisory, Information System Audits, Forensic and Investigations, Process/System Reviews, RPA Assessments, Data Analytics, System Implementation Assurance, Public and Private Partnership, Strategy Consulting for State and Private sectors, Deals Advisory, Real Estate Consulting.
