Artificial Intelligence will reduce jobs by 40%

Artificial Intelligence (AI), the ability of tech to perceive, reason, learn and problem-solve which are typically associated with matter between our ears is said to replace almost 40% of the jobs in the next decade, said Clootrack – Sri Lanka and Maldives President/CEO Dr. Rohantha Athukorala at a Soft Skill conference of the Sri Lanka Institute for Information and Technology (SLIIT) Business Faculty.

What it means is that as AI becomes more proficient in analysing and interpreting mountains of data into targeted brand campaigns that can yield better results to companies, said the President/CEO of Klootrack Sri Lanka and Maldives. You must keep studying theses new technologies that are now mobile based platforms which are the key trends globally.

A classic example is here AI is predicted to replace 16% of HR jobs within the next decade. The integration of AI into your recruitment processes could make the endeavour to find the next bright-spark candidate easier and quicker, thereby saving you time and money. It’s not just a case of finding the right candidate that artificial intelligence can help with, but also finding the best fit, which AI can do by rapidly assessing a candidate’s online presence, matching it to the company requirements which means you must be careful what you host on different social sites, cautioned Athukorala.
