‘Speed City’ with novel facilities to mark Speed Lands anniversary

Speed Lands Ltd. Managing Director Nishantha Delgoda said that the company has launched several new ‘Speed City’ property and housing development programs of a new dimension in main towns of Sri Lanka to mark its third anniversary. He stated this at the ceremony to mark the third anniversary of Speed Lands Ltd. Speed Lands Ltd., a member of the Speed Group, is a premier organisation in the property and housing development field of Sri Lanka.

Speaking further, Delgoda said, “I understood that it is difficult to develop business enterprises without diversifying those two-three years ago. Accordingly, we invested in several business enterprises different to each other. Property and housing development is one such sphere we invested in. That is how Speed Lands Ltd. was created. The objective of the company is helping young people employed at executive level to build a house on a land of their own in urban and semi-urban areas with best environments to live in. Speed Lands Ltd. launched a project named ‘Speed City’ to achieve that objective. We received very good responses from our customers to the first Speed City project launched at Kottawa. 

“Accordingly, we launched secondary Speed City projects outside Colombo, in Wahara-Kurunegala, Maspotha and Mahakeliya areas. They are going forward successfully at present. We have already launched Speed City projects with new features in urban and semi-urban areas such as Maharagama, Homagama, Wattala and Kahathuduwa areas to mark the third anniversary of Speed Lands Ltd. Furthermore, we will be launching Speed City programs in several main towns in the near future.”
