JO’s Jayantha Marasinghe joins President

The Deputy Chairman of the North Central Provincial Council, Jayantha Marasinghe, who is a powerful member of the Joint Opposition, met President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday and expressed his interest in supporting the President’s program to develop the country.

He stated that it was the responsibility of all of the people’s representatives who love the country to support the President’s program to develop the country by saving the people from poverty through the required political transformation. He further stated that there were a large number of people who were willing to join hands with the President.
