Mulatiyana Tea Factory OP1 equals all-time record price

Mulatiyana Tea Factory situated in Mulatiyana, managed by K.H.G Mahinda Padmasiri and Malinda Padmasiri, has equalled an all-time record price at yesterday’s weekly tea auction by achieving Rs. 1,170 per kg for OP1 in the Low Grown category. 

The teas were purchased by Qualitea Ceylon Ltd. The sale was conducted by Ceylon Tea Brokers Plc.
