In a celebratory event at Mövenpick Hotel Colombo, the keys to Sovrano 39, Blue Mountain Apartments’ luxury apartment complex, were handed to the owners by the company, with over 150 guests which included the new residents and key shareholders.

Sovrano was conceptualised and launched to make luxury living increasingly more affordable. This range of apartments was designed to offer homeowners affordable levels of luxury in a convenient and central location.

Handing over the keys to the first three customers of Sovrano were Group Chairman Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi and Blue Mountains Apartment Chief Executive Officer Ridma Meddawatta, with the top management of the organisation present.

“Sovrano is an aspirational project and we believe the residents can now revel in the exciting features of the project and enjoy its proximity to key areas of the city. I wish them happy memories in their new homes!” said Hettiarachchi.

Sovrano comprises a total of 41 elegantly designed two and three-bedroom apartments as well as spacious public areas including a roof-top terrace, a fully-equipped gymnasium, a swimming pool, a multi-purpose function area and secure parking facilities. Each apartment has its own spacious layout including a state-of-the-art kitchen, which will open up to a separate service terrace as well as a stylishly integrated pantry.

As a major player in the real estate industry, Hettiarachchi has always attempted to go beyond all expectations. And the Blue Mountain Group has been making significant headway on several of its key projects. ‘Achilleion’, a seven-star luxury apartment complex located on Station Road, Colombo 4, is their latest project, and has been highly commended. It comprises of two 50-storeyed skyscrapers, connected by Sri Lanka’s first-ever sky bridge.

“Notwithstanding Achilleion being a marvel in the apartment industry, we have strived our level best to set the bar high in all our business endeavours. In Sovrano, there was no exception,” said Blue Mountain, Group Chairman Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi. “By completing this project in line with our high quality standards, we reinstate and demonstrate our commitment to delivering the highest professional standards to our customers.”

Among other upcoming projects are Gransbury, located in the heart of Colombo 7, as well as Lake Front – Nawala, which is on the verge of being sold out. The company operates on a futuristic model of innovation and has earned its place on the market as a trusted developer that is renowned for its reliability, speed, efficiency, and quality.
