President appoints new Ministry Secretaries

Following the Cabinet reshuffle two weeks ago, President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday appointed five new Ministry Secretaries. 

Udaya Seneviratne has been appointed the new Secretary to the Ministry of Health, while Anura Dissanayake has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Mahaweli and Environment. Further, Upali Marasinghe has been appointed to the Ministry of Petroleum while Jayantha Wijerathne has been appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Irrigation and N. Saranatissa has been named Secretary to the Ministry of Labour.
