Members ‘meetup’ by TMC Colombo a great success

Over 75 members and guests were treated to a great evening of friendship and camaraderie at the Marco Polo Excel World, Darley Road which commenced at 7 p.m. on Thursday, 18 May. 

A live three-piece band in attendance provided both Western and Sri Lankan music and entertained the enthusiastic crowd which kept their toes tapping. This created opportunities for those who wish to exercise their vocal chords too! Members and their guests and some with their partners packed the dance floor as the night progressed.

A buffet dinner was served at 10 p.m. in the midst of a singing competition. Auctioning of a return air ticket to Malaysia provided some anxious and exciting moments for the evening. A Business Card draw was another event that added excitement to this get-together for the members and guests, which came to an end at midnight.
