HNB Private Banking Celebrates Avurudu!

April heralds in the season of fresh fruits, flesh blossoms, paddy harvest and the song of the “Koha”. In keeping with the celebrations, HNB Greenpath the Premier Private Banking Unit, offered its customers and their families a fun filled evening of festive, Avurudu cheer!

Conscious of the fact, that the old world charm of New Year customs and traditions are fast becoming non-existent - especially among the younger generation, HNB Greenpath took the initiative of creating the perfect ambiance when it hosted its Avurudu celebrations at Waters Edge Hotel on the 2nd of April 2017.

The guests comprising HNB’s exclusive Club members with families joined in the celebrations. From the colourful attire, to the wonderful participation of parents and kids alike in all the traditional Avurudu games, to enjoying the scrumptious feast laid out by the Waters Edge Hotel trimmed with all the delicious traditional sweet meats made this event yet another night to remember for all who were there.
