Bernadine Jayasinghe takes over as Rotary Club of Colombo City President

Rotary Club of Colombo City held its charter installation ceremony at Hilton Colombo Residences recently. Rotary International is the world’s first service organisation.

Entrepreneur, Corporate Trainer Bernadine Jayasinghe was installed as the charter President with a highly distinguished board of directors to ably support her. The new president together with the new board directors called to serve Rotary and society as a whole.

Gracing the installation ceremony were District Governor of Rotary District 3220 for Sri Lanka and Maldives Senake Amerasinghe as the chief Guest and Guest of Honour, President Rotary Club of Colombo West Roshan Perera, Special guests PP Jerome Rajendram, SG PP Pubudu De Zoyza and all district officials and Rotarians. Special thanks were extended to Rotary Club of Colombo West who sponsored and provided immense support to charter the club. 

Bernadine a multi-talented leader, is also an entrepreneur, corporate trainer, international winning speaker, lecturer and the list continues. She is the Managing Director of Sirius Academy Ltd. and CEO of Key creations.

President Bernadine is one of the youngest Rotary presidents to serve and lead. With many community service initiatives in the pipeline for the year 2016/17 she looks forward to create an impact and serve the community with her distinguished team.
