The IPM delegation to the Embassy of the Republic of Maldives was led by Rohitha Amarapala and comprised of Honorary Secretary Ken Wijekumar, Executive Director Peter Daabre, Director of Academic Operations Gopinath Subramaniam, External Affairs Committee Member Sajeewani Thilakaratne and IPM Sri Lanka Senior Manager Programs Anushka Earskin while the Maldivian delegation comprised of Ambassador Zahiya Zareer, Second Secretary Ali Nasih and several officials from the Embassy.

“Given the pool of young talent in Maldives, their keenness to explore new frontiers and the need to train them in ‘people management’ which is one of the most important aspects of management is essential.
