All-time record price for Abbotsleigh estate

Abbotsleigh estate, selling under the garden mark ‘Florence’, situated in the Hatton region, has achieved an all-time record price at the weekly tea auction of 15 February 2017, by securing an attractive price of Rs. 640 for a PF1 grade in the CTC High Grown category.

This line was purchased by Finlays Colombo Plc.

Abbotsleigh estate is managed by Watawala Plantations Plc. and the sale was conducted by tea broker John Keells Plc.
