JASTECA Institute of Management conducts special workshop on supervisory skills

Supervisors play an important role in any organisation. In the ever changing and challenging business environment, supervisors are under pressure to maintain the momentum and make a difference in their work. This will be possible only when the supervisors possess the right skills.

The one day workshop, Supervisory skills to succeed in achieving teamwork, organised by the JASTECA Institute of Management is designed to provide the participants with techniques and skills to enhance their effectiveness as supervisors. Supervisory skills training are imperative because becoming a supervisor or manager demands new skills, one must learn how to lead and accomplish tasks through others. 

This program is fast paced and highly interactive learning experience, which is expected to transform individuals who will overcome challenges to drive corporate growth. The workshop is designed to unleash the true potential of people, provoke fresh thinking and provide skills that will enable them to act with confidence, sharpen their mental, physical, attitudinal and behavioural profiles whilst staying emotionally smart. 

Course content includes Introduction to people skills; cultivate teamwork concept; anger management, developing self-awareness; rapport building; eliminate negative beliefs and fears; manage performance stress; achieve greater health and gain total happiness; setting values for the future. The workshop is aimed at Supervisors, Team Leaders and all other People Managers and Administrators who wish to enhance their performance relating to ‘Supervisory Skills’.
