Kalapuge insights to improving public sector delivery

Dhammika Kalapuge customer service expert delivered a session on delivering better customer service to around 150 public service officers at the Hotel School Auditorium. The session was organised jointly by NHRDC and the Tourism Minister’s Office. 

Dammika a charismatic and entertaining speaker shared valuable insights on how the service delivery to the public sector could be improved. Minister of Tourism and Lands John Amaratunga, Ministry of National Policy and Economic Affairs Additional Secretary R. Udulamatta, SLTD Chairman Sunil Dissanayake and NHRDC Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody participated at the inauguration.
