Murali Prakash appointed President of The Management Club

The AGM of the Board of Management was held on 10 January 2017 at the Galadari Hotel. 

Murali Prakash took over the reins from Nasser Majeed as President. Prakash confirmed the appointment of the Members of the Board of Management of The Management Club. He assured that he will ensure an exciting year ahead for all members of the Clubs. 

He congratulated outgoing President Nasser Majeed for the excellent work carried out during his Presidency for the past two years. He thanked all the sponsors that continued to support TMC, especially the Daily Financial Times and Nisthar Cassim, for space provided regularly for TMC.

Majeed in his outgoing address, thanked all the Members of the Board for their cooperation and support and made note that the BOM, had carried out some very good programs; one was the regular monthly ‘Members meet’ with some excellent speakers which was very popular for Senior/Junior Managers at all levels and thanked President Emiratus Fayaz Saleem, for his personal efforts to ensure that all these programs were a success.

For 2017, the Smart Manager Series running into 12 individual modules will certainly be useful for young managers and those who want to improve their management skills.
