Lucky winner of SriLankan Airlines passenger survey

Sri Lanka’s national carrier and oneworld member airline, held a draw to select the lucky winner from the passengers who have taken part in the passenger survey conducted by the airline to collect their feedback. These comments and feedback inspire the constant service and product enhancements of the airline. Accordingly, Mayuri Sri Rohanan, a Team Lead – Commercial of Interpid Groupe merged the lucky winner of the draw for the month of July. 

Since 2011 the airline has been conducting regular passenger surveys across the network to obtain feedback on customer experience and satisfaction. Having started with a paper-based survey form, which was later translated into seven languages, these surveys have evolved into electronic platforms as well, enabling the airline to capture feedback on ipads, mobile, web and feedback kiosks.

Sri Rohanan, Colombo on receiving the prize said, “It was indeed a pleasant surprise when I got to know that I was the lucky winner of the passenger survey draw for the month of July 2016. I appreciate Sri Lankan Airlines for having such surveys to get feedback from passengers and at the same time providing them an incentive to do so. Also, I would like to thank the Airlines for the lovely hospitality provided to us through out and wish them all the best in the years to come.”

A passenger can be eligible for the monthly draw by answering all compulsory questions in the questionnaire. The winner Sri Rohanan who provided feedback on her flight UL563 of 25 June was awarded a return air ticket to a destination of her choice, directly operated by the airline.
