BMICH has added another exciting outdoor venue to its portfolio with the launch of ‘The Terrace.’

The launch coincided with the inauguration and reception for the French Travel Agents hosted by Sri Lanka Tourism at the BMICH when the delegates gathered in Colombo for their annual conference. This is the first time that the French Travel Agents had held their Annual General Meeting outside France during this decade.

“We are pleased that BMICH was able to accommodate the large number of invitees at ‘The Terrace’ and make this important occasion memorable. No doubt the visiting travel agents will help to attract more and more French tourists to Sri Lanka,” said the spokesperson of the BMICH. French tourists are fifth in the list of holiday-makers to Sri Lanka and the conference in Sri Lanka is an important milestone in the history of tourism. The reception launched the spacious garden venue ‘The Terrace’ at BMICH which can accommodate 1,000 guests.  The BMICH has venues to suit any occasion, from an intimate dinner to a lavish banquet, business conference or wedding.  BMICH is the winner of the coveted Gold Century International Quality ERA Award – Geneva 2016.
