Sri Lanka Telecom together with Mobitel felicitate VIP customers

Sri Lanka Telecom, together with their mobile phone service partner Mobitel hosted ‘A Red Carpet Affair’ for their VIP customers at the Oak Room of the Cinnamon Grand.

Aptly titled a ‘Red Carpet Affair’, the event was attended by a galaxy of corporate as well as social elite, while government dignitaries were also present.

The local telecom giant said it was only right that they felicitate their long standing customers as a token of appreciation for their loyal patronage over the years. Sri Lanka Telecom and Mobitel’s end of year entertainment extravaganza was produced and conceptualised by Classic Funtime, who are well known for producing unique, high end events.

The evening commenced with cocktails, while the show itself saw some of the biggest names in the western music industry backed by ‘Flame’ with the addition of a brass ensemble, while Harmony and a violin provided the proverbial icing on the cake.

The ambience and feel of a theatre created by a red velvet curtained stage, a one hour performance of entertainment customised and choreographed especially for Sri Lanka Telecom and Mobitel, followed by a sit down dinner, ensured that this was indeed an evening to remember and one that would go down in the annals of superior corporate entertainment.
