Nippon Auto Auction Ltd. pioneers an innovative concept in vehicle auctioning, the Japanese auction system, which is a popular vehicle auction procedure in Japan. The auction which will be held on 20 November will be accompanied by an ‘Auction Inspection Certificate’ which will provide buyers with the actual condition of the vehicle. untitled-7

It will be issued after an inspection carried out by industry specialist Lal Alawatthe. Additionally, buyers can also obtain opinions/advice on the vehicle directly from Alawatthe on the auction date.

It is the ideal platform for buyers and sellers of motor vehicles to carry out bidding online or offline by merely filling a tender form after the physical bidding, creating a win-win situation for both parties.

This auction system will provide its clientele with increased convenience, while also providing more flexibility and quality service to buyers and sellers. As part of the company’s commitment to serve customers more efficiently, the Nippon Auto Auction concept incorporates many enhanced features, including an Auction Sheet of the vehicle in question indicating its actual quality status which will give buyers the true condition of the vehicle they are buying. Furthermore, Nippon Auto Auction also connects buyers to banks and leasing organisations for vehicle loans and leasing facilities.

Nippon Auto Auction Ltd. Managing Director Rika Fukuda stated, “We, at Nippon Auto Auction are glad to serve our partners and customers with qualitative services in the vehicle trade market in Sri Lanka. We believe in fair trading practices and sincerely hope that everyone who wishes to utilise our services carries out his/her vehicle trading with satisfaction.”

“The Auction Sheet concept represents an important step in our efforts to initiate a credible experience to our buyers and sellers which would eliminate any doubts and concerns pertaining to the quality of the vehicle and give them their money’s worth,” said Director Lahiru Rakshitha.  “The thriving marketplace would enable us to effectively extend the company’s growing footprint and influence in the industry, especially with extended benefits for insurance purposes for individual as well as corporate clients in settlement of claims for damage or theft. We are also confident that this streamlined process to our clients will undoubtedly save time and reduce costs,” he added.

“In addition to delivering an electronic file transfer of the necessary data elements, the scanned images associated with each Auction Sheet will also be provided by us to clients who carry out the entire process online. All documents will be stored and maintained by Nippon Auto Auction for one year and made available to clients upon request.”

Whilst acting as an auction house, Nippon Auto Auction aims at providing accessibility to a large pool of buyers and sellers. All that clients need to do is sign up on the company’s web portal and receive access to a large variety of vehicles, along with multiple other benefits, ensuring that all requirements and needs are met to the satisfaction of the client. Having hands on experience in the Japanese market, the company also has an expert team of industry specialists who will guide you step by step until the final transaction has been completed and for further assistance in all vehicle purchasing and selling needs.
