Casons launches CTAXI Corporate Portal

Casons Taxi (CTAXI), a part of Casons group, has re branded and re launched with a user friendly mobile application and its business upgraded itself to an e-hailing system. As a part of their system upgrade CTAXI is introducing a corporate portal that allows corporates to add and manage bookings on their own.

Most corporate companies use voucher based taxi bookings with various taxi companies to reserve transportation for their staff members. The reservation is done either via email or over the phone.

Once the bookings are done the passenger is given a voucher to use during the trip. Once the trip is completed the driver will fill the voucher with the hire information and give a copy back to the staff member which in turn had to be returned back to the office for reconciliation process. 

This has various problems including primarily people misplace the voucher hence no record keeping on the company side for verifications; misusing company provided transportation for personal use, and company cannot track whether the transportation is exactly used to commute for official purpose or anything else; total expenses are only visible at the end of the month, when the transport company gives back their invoices with voucher copies; difficulty in managing voucher books and difficulty in tracking transportation usage by staff members.

CTAXI Corporate Portal will resolve these issues. CTAXI Corporate clients are given an option to register for the corporate portal. Once registered, they will be given a username and password to login to the system. That’s it; you get a whole lot of advantages such as: Manage your staff details who need transportation; a single location to manage staff transportation – Request/ Book transportation from CTAXI immediately without the hassle of calling the help desk; track the entire hire route right from your desk with real time updates; add/ manage transportation bookings, schedule future bookings etc.

The portal will also help track the status of your booking from the inception to the completion; view the contact details, current location of the driver who’s coming to pick you up, and plan your work accordingly; see the complete route of the hire with exact location as of current time; get the total expense for a hire as soon as it completes. There is no need to wait till vouchers are returned – you can get the hire amount and related information immediately after each hire is complete.

Additionally it will provide email receipts for each hire; enable view, filter, search previous hires for a detailed analysis of usage; provide an overall report of daily usage, monthly usage etc; and provide a report on individual staff member usage of office transport; manage invoices and payments history and view the transportation usage by your staff any time as well as provide detailed statistics on staff transportation expenses and usage.
