PM in Brussels

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe met with Malta Prime Minister Joseph Muscat who assured their support on Sri Lanka’s bid to regain GSP+ concessions in the European Union. Prime Minister Muscat, who is to take office as Chairman of the EU next year, flew into Brussels last Thursday for the meeting held at the Malta High Commission. Wickremesighe also met members of the business community in Brussels to discuss investment opportunities in the country.
