This line of tea was purchased by Union Commodities on behalf of BETA Teas, Turkey and marketed by Forbes & Walker Tea Brokers Ltd. Cooroondoowatte has been continuously achieving record prices for the PEKOE-1 grade which attracts strong demand at the weekly tea auctions due to its consistent high quality. Cooroondoowatte factory is owned and managed by R.W. Harley, who ensures that only high quality green leaf is accepted by his factory, thus ensuring a consistent product.
