Minister of Foreign Affairs meets with UN Special Rapporteur

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mangala Samaraweera, met with UN Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues Rita Izsák-Ndiaye yesterday at the Foreign Ministry. This is the very first visit to the island by a Special Rapporteur on the subject of minority issues
