A bibliophiles’ paradise

Giving Sri Lankans a great opportunity to read, the Colombo International Book Fair (CIBF) is now on the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre and BMICH premises. Offering a vast array of books at discounted rates, CIBF has come a long way from the 28 stalls that made up the first ever book fair held at the National Art Gallery. Being held for the 18th consecutive year, this year the fair is on from 16 to 25 September. Here are some scenes from CIBF 2016
