Sri Ramco Lanka donates chrysotile roofing sheets to Sri Lanka Army quarters

Sri Ramco Lanka Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers of Chrysotile roofing sheets, recently made a donation of Chrysotile roofing sheets to the army camp in Periyakadu in Vavuniya. The roof of the sleeping quarters for these soldiers had been in a dilapidated condition for several years and identifying this need for a new roof, Sri Ramco Lanka made this timely donation.

The company’s Resident Director N. Vasudevan and Vice President Marketing T. Rudolph paved the way for this project under the guidance of the General Manager (Marketing) P.S. Gunerathne. These Chrysotile roofing sheets were handed over to Major Asanka Kudachchi (RSP SLLI – Sri Lanka Infantry, 25th Regiment). Representatives from the company as well as the Sri Lanka Army were in attendance at the event.
