Closing session of Human Capital Summit will bring together key business leaders

The closing session of the Sri Lanka Human Capital Summit from 5-6:30 p.m. today will include a key panel discussion titled form Strategy to Action. The panel will focus on the HR outcomes of the four pillars – Tourism, Services, Construction and Manufacturing and Foreign Employment and discuss how a common agenda involving all the stakeholders could be developed. 

Professor Dave Ulrich, Global Guru of HR and Professor of Business University of Michigan, Mahinda Samarasinghe, Minister of Skills Development and Vocational Training and Dr. Harsha Aturupane, Lead Education Specialist in the Education Global Practice of the World Bank Sri Lanka Maldives will do brief presentations prior to the panel discussion.
