‘People’s Bank Foreign Remittance Gold Fortune 2016’ sees completion of 4th draw

People’s Bank Foreign Remittance Gold Fortune 2016 recently saw the completion of its 4th draw, announcing  M. G. D. Ranil Kumara of the People’s Bank Pambahinna Branch as the winner of the week. People’s Bank Foreign Remittance Gold Fortune 2016 was launched with the aim of promoting the use of People’s InstantRemit, People’s e-Remittance, Swift and Telex amongst those living and working abroad when sending money to their loved ones in Sri Lanka. Present to make the draw was Clive Fonseka – Head of Treasury and Investment Banking, People’s Bank and Anoma Mudduwa – Chief Manager (OCS), People’s Bank. The promotion encourages people to make remittances of any amount to be eligible to receive a 22k one sovereign gold coin on a weekly basis for a period of 28 weeks.
