At the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Logistics and Freight Forwarders’ Association held on 5 July at the Kingsbury Hotel, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Ltd. Managing Director Tania Polonnowita Wettimuny was re-elected as the Chairperson.   

Expolanka Freight Ltd. Director/CEO Jagath Pathirane and CL Synergy Ltd. Managing Director Roshan Silva were also re-elected Vice Chairman and Treasurer respectively.  The Executive Committee for the period 2016/2017 comprises of Ace Cargo Ltd., Agility Logistics Ltd., DHL Global Forwarding Lanka Ltd., HTL Logistics Ltd., MAC Supply Chain Solutions Ltd., NDO Lanka Ltd., and Speedmark Transportation Lanka Ltd. 

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Sri Lanka Customs Director General Chulananda Perera.
