ISMM signs MOU with OUSL for Master’s Degree Programme in Supply Chain Management

The Institute of Supply and Materials Management, the pioneer institute for supply chain education in Sri Lanka and incorporated by an Act of Parliament, recently signed a MOU with the Open University of Sri Lanka for conducting of a Master’s Degree Programme in Supply Chain Management.

With the signing of this MOU, ISMM will facilitate and assist the said programme and collaborate with the OUSL to ensure the smooth functioning and further development of the programme as relevant.

The OUSL will do the maximum within its purview to manage the degree programme and also with acceptable efficiency and effectiveness and ISMM will do the maximum within its purview to co-operate with OUSL and will assist in all possible ways to ensure the successful and productive delivery of this degree programme.

With the introduction of this degree programme, supply chain students will have the opportunity of sitting for the Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management after completing the Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management conducted by ISMM.

The MOU was signed by ISMM President Noel Wickramasinghe and OUSL Vice Chancellor Prof. S. A. Ariadurai.
