Two globally renowned strategy specialists, Martin Roll and Sam Dias are set to take Colombo by storm at next week’s Strategy Summit organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), where they will share invaluable insights and expertise on brand strategy and brand valuation with corporate leaders, helping them redefine their organisations value and standing.

Martin Roll is a global business strategist, senior advisor and facilitator to Fortune 500 companies, Asian firms and family-owned businesses where he advices on how to build and manage strong, global brands as well as leadership of high-performing, marketing-oriented businesses. He commands vast experience in engaging and advising clients at all management levels from business owners and C-suite leaders to functional staff across multiple industries and cultures. 

Roll who is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, is a sought after keynote speaker at global conferences, an experienced conference moderator and executive workshop facilitator. He also teaches MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programs at Nanyang Business School (Singapore), and is a frequent guest lecturer at INSEAD and other global business schools.

Dias who serves as the Managing Consultant (UK) of Ninah, a leading marketing evaluation consultancy, is a mathematical economist by training and brings the rigours of data-driven analysis to help businesses boost profitability through top-line revenue growth. 

He has written several award winning papers on measuring marketing effectiveness. His leading edge work has been used extensively by blue chip brands to evaluate and develop strategies for growth. His innovative work with Cranfield School of Management on brand portfolio management merges marketing creativity with financial planning and lays foundations for the fast-growing discipline of marketing-finance.

The two day strategy summit on 26 and 27 July at the Mount Lavinia Hotel, will bring together four international speakers on one stage, including Roll, Dias, and two other well-known international strategy gurus Dr. Sunil Erevelles and Omid Ghamami.
