Experience the ‘Symbiosis Art Collection’ at Cinnamon Grand Colombo and win

Cinnamon Grand Colombo now goes beyond products and service offerings, with the unveiling of the hotel’s new sustainable contemporary art collection ‘Symbiosis’.The initiative aims at bringing an interactive art experience to the patrons of the hotel, while showcasing the talent of contemporary Sri Lankan artists.

Collaborating with the Collective of Contemporary Artists (CoCA), two interactive and unique pieces have been created by the talented Engineering and Garden teams of the hotel over a six month period, using waste material. This collaboration between a corporate entity and artists is a first of kind partnership in Sri Lanka. As part of this art initiative, the hotel has launched a competition to get patrons engaged in, and name one of the two interactive pieces on display.

Patrons can suggest a name for the <unnamed> contemporary interactive piece, take a selfie with the piece and win fabulous vouchers. Suggestions can be sent by hash tagging #CGrandArt on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter by 20 August 2016.
